Quick answer
Quiet Prague Rose Pink Contact Lenses are a muted dusty rose design with a charcoal-black defining rim. In short, they read as pink contact lenses with a smoky edge — soft enough for daytime, with just enough contrast for evening.
What the Shade Looks Like
The colored zone is a dusty rose field built from a dense halftone dot mesh, with finer dots near the center and tighter, denser dots toward the edge. A clear pupil opening and a pale rose core lead into a muted rose-brown center-to-mid area. The outer rim is a well-defined charcoal-black ring with a slightly soft inner edge, so it frames the eye instead of cutting a hard line. A round highlight sits over the upper iris, with a smaller secondary reflection at the lower right.
What to Wear With Pink Contact Lenses
-
Soft neutrals: cream wool trousers, an oatmeal knit, a camel trench, and brushed gold hoops. The rose warms the palette instead of fighting it.
-
Cool contrast: charcoal denim, a slate grey blazer, a white lin shirt, and silver jewelry. Grey pulls the dark rim forward.
-
Evening polish: a black satin slip dress, a sheer berry lip, and a rose-gold cuff. Muted pink holds its own next to satin.
Where They Fit
Office days, errands, and travel are the natural home for this pair — quiet enough to look like styling rather than a statement. For date nights, parties, and photo sessions, the charcoal edge adds a smoky finish that reads on camera. It also suits soft, romantic cosplay styling when you want pink eyes without a cartoon finish.
Everyday Wear: Yes
Yes — this is an everyday pink. The dusty rose center stays muted in daylight and under office lighting, so it sits easily with denim, knitwear, and neutral makeup. Skip it for very formal, high-contrast looks where you want a bare eye.
FAQ
What color are these pink contact lenses? A dusty rose, not candy pink — a muted pink center with a pale core and a charcoal-black rim.
What pairs well with them? Cream, oatmeal, and camel bring out the warmth; charcoal, slate, and black push the contrast. Silver and rose-gold both work.
Are they everyday-friendly? For most daytime looks, yes. Up close, the dot mesh and the dark rim are the details you notice most.

Understanding Your Prescription
-
Eye - Which eye the prescription line item is for:
- OD - Right Eye
- OS - Left Eye
- OU - Both Eyes
-
SPH - Sphere (this can also be referred to as Power or PWR)
-
BC - Base Curve (usually a number between 8 and 10)
-
DIA - Diameter (usually a number between 13 and 15)
Toric (Astigmatism Correcting) Lenses
Some patients require lenses that are toric or astigmatism correcting. Prescriptions for these types of lenses will also contain two additional numbers that relate to the correction of the astigmatism. These two numbers are usually separated by an "X" and read as "times", they are indicated with the following symbols/abbreviations:
-
CYL - Cylinder (usually a number between -4.00 and +4.00)
-
AX - Axis (usually a number between 0 and 180)
Additional Contact Lens Prescription Notes
- Your prescription will also contain an expiration date. This is typically one year from the date that the contact lenses were fitted.
- BC values range from about 8.0 to 10.0. The doctor fits the lens with the curvature most appropriate for your eye. Most lenses come in several different BC values. If your prescription does not contain a BC value, this is likely because your brand of lens only comes in one base curve.
