Quick Answer
Jasmine Cloud Green Contact Lenses are a soft, full-coverage green that runs deep near the pupil and lighter toward the edge — a garden green, not a costume green.
What the Shade Looks Like
Look closely and the center is dark and saturated, close to a mossy forest green around the pupil. From there the tone steps lighter, layer by layer, into a fresh grassy green rather than a blue-leaning one.
The shift is gradual. There is no hard line where one green ends and the next begins, and no heavy ring at the outer edge, so the lens never announces itself. Coverage looks even and blended rather than printed.
In daylight it reads cool and crisp; indoors it settles into a quieter olive. That range keeps these green contact lenses looking natural.
What to Wear With Green
-
Cream and ecru. A ribbed cream tank, straight ecru denim, thin gold hoops. Soft neutrals keep the green the only color.
-
Olive and chocolate. An olive linen blazer over a white tee, a brown leather bag, brushed gold jewelry. Tonal greens flatter the lighter edge.
-
Grey and denim. A grey crewneck, a mid-wash denim jacket, silver studs. Cool greys sharpen the fresh side of the green.
Where They Fit
These live in daylight: coffee runs, a farmers market, a long lunch, a Saturday walk. For photos, use open shade and skip the flash. Parties and cosplay work too.
Everyday Wear: Yes
Yes, this is an everyday pair, with one condition: keep the makeup small. Bare skin, brown mascara and cream blush let the green read as an eye detail, while heavy black liner fights it.
FAQ
What color are these lenses? A green lens with a darker mossy center that fades into a lighter leafy green at the edge.
What should I wear with them? Cream, ecru, olive, chocolate and cool grey. Bright reds pull attention away from the green.
Can I wear them every day? Yes, with light makeup. These green contact lenses suit a normal day; save heavy liner for evenings.

Understanding Your Prescription
-
Eye - Which eye the prescription line item is for:
- OD - Right Eye
- OS - Left Eye
- OU - Both Eyes
-
SPH - Sphere (this can also be referred to as Power or PWR)
-
BC - Base Curve (usually a number between 8 and 10)
-
DIA - Diameter (usually a number between 13 and 15)
Toric (Astigmatism Correcting) Lenses
Some patients require lenses that are toric or astigmatism correcting. Prescriptions for these types of lenses will also contain two additional numbers that relate to the correction of the astigmatism. These two numbers are usually separated by an "X" and read as "times", they are indicated with the following symbols/abbreviations:
-
CYL - Cylinder (usually a number between -4.00 and +4.00)
-
AX - Axis (usually a number between 0 and 180)
Additional Contact Lens Prescription Notes
- Your prescription will also contain an expiration date. This is typically one year from the date that the contact lenses were fitted.
- BC values range from about 8.0 to 10.0. The doctor fits the lens with the curvature most appropriate for your eye. Most lenses come in several different BC values. If your prescription does not contain a BC value, this is likely because your brand of lens only comes in one base curve.
